Introduction
Monitor On-The-Go is an application that is installed by a product or service supplier, not by an end customer. As such, it is intended to be operated on a device provided by the product or service supplier.
This privacy policy outlines the permissions required by this application and the purpose of these permissions.

What kind of permissions we use
To be able to operate, the application requires certain access rights. These rights are listed at the time the application is installed. They are:

Read phone status and identity – For licensing purposes, we need to track the number of devices communicating with the central server. The phone’s identity is used to identify unique connections to the server.

Take pictures and videos – The phone’s camera is used only if QR Code scanning is a requirement. It is used exclusively for this purpose.

Modify or delete the contents of your SD card, Read the contents of your SD card – A local database of users is maintained on the device so that the application can continue to operate if a live connection to the server is not possible. 

How customer information is used
Transaction information is sent exclusively to the central server. This includes the customer’s unique identifier and price of the transaction. No customer information is transmitted to any other server connected to the internet.

Security
All communication between the server and the application is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access to that information.
